European Spontaneous Preterm Birth Congress
and
PREBIC International Satellite Symposium22nd – 24th May 2014
Svendborg, Denmark
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us for the first European Spontaneous Preterm Birth Congress and second PREBIC International Satellite Symposium in Svendborg, Denmark in May 2014.
Spontaneous preterm labour leading to preterm birth is one of the major Obstetric Syndromes, is the major cause of perinatal mortality and morbidity in the developed world, and is a huge financial burden on healthcare systems.
The psychological costs of PTB are incalculable. The Scientific Committee has prepared a programme which is pragmatic for practicing clinicians as well as those still in training. We have assembled an international panel of speakers who will provide updates on existing problems in the management of spontaneous preterm labour and preterm birth, as well as providing new information on recent developments.
We hope that the Congress will provide the opportunity for future collaborative multidisciplinary and multinational research. The Congress will take place at the Hotel Svendborg, a modern conference venue in the centre of the picturesque coastal town of Svendborg, in the South East of Fyn, Denmark.
Abstracts Deadline: 15th January 2014
